Hledáme aktivní kolegy pro dlouhodobou spolupráci.

Jsi čerstvě po škole, na mateřské dovolené nebo naopak již v důchodu a stále chceš být pracovně aktivní?
Ovládáš práci s PC (Excel, Word, Outloouk, Teams)?
Jsi schopen zavolat lékaři, lékárníkovi, či jinému zdravotnickému personálu? (kontakty ti poskytneme)
Nechceš nic prodávat po telefonu?
Chceš být součástí přátelského týmu?
Ano?

Co budeš mít na starost?

• Denně telefonicky mluvit s lékaři a lékárníky dle připravených projektů

• Zaznamenávat výsledky hovoru do PC

Je potřeba

• Nebát se telefonovat

• Skvěle komunikovat v Českém nebo Slovenském jazyce

• Předchozí zkušenost s prací na telefonu (ideálně)

• Ovládat základy Excel, Word, Outlook (opravdu jen základ)

• Chuť pracovat v kanceláři, po zaučení částečně i z domova

We are looking for active colleagues for long-term cooperation (part time contract). It is a NON- SALE POSITION.

Have you graduated?
On maternity leave or already retired and still want to be active at work?
Do you know how to work with a PC (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)?
Are you able to call a doctor, pharmacist, or other medical personnel? (we will provide you with the contacts)
Don't want to sell anything over the phone?
Do you want to be part of a friendly team?
Yes?

What will be your responsibilties?

• Daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects

• Record call results to PC

Recommended skills

• Don't be afraid to call

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre (ideally)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language

• Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

• Willingness to work in the office, after learning partly from home
