Senior Customer Service Expert

Stock Spirits is one of Europe's leading spirits companies with a strong portfolio of well-known brands and a growing international footprint. To strengthen our export operations for STOCK Germany, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Expert (m/f/d) for a fixed-term position of 12 months, based in Pilsen.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Customer Service team with a strong focus on export markets
Act as the single point of contact for international export markets, independently handling operational and customer-specific requests
Escalate topics to the GBD Manager, Global Marketing, or other relevant stakeholders when required
Coordinate international customer orders from order entry to final delivery in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Ensure accurate preparation, coordination, and verification of all logistics and export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, customs documents, certificates, etc.)
Manage internal coordination of documents and certificates in alignment with order processing, quality assurance, and logistics
Maintain close communication with production teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of customer requirements
Align with logistics providers and freight forwarders to secure efficient and cost-effective transport solutions
Proactively manage issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or documentation discrepancies
Coordinate continuously with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order handling
Maintain and update customer master data and order-related information in the CRM/ERP system
Support international key accounts with market-specific requirements and documentation
Contribute to process optimization; PMO experience is considered a plus
Several years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics, ideally in an international environment
Proven experience in leading teams
Strong understanding of export processes, international logistics, and documentation
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across functions and cultures
PMO or project management skills are an advantage
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
A responsible leadership role in an international, fast-paced environment
Fixed-term contract for 12 months with a clear scope and impact
