You will be responsible for ensuring that company imports & exports of shipments, relationships with 3rd parties & authorities comply with Trade & Customs Compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Trade & Customs policies related to export/import of goods and materials
  • Regulatory requirements implementation related to Customs & customs clearances, customs declarations, release of blocked shipments
  • Assigning Customs attributes of goods & Tariff classification, Customs Tariff Number, Inventory Management, etc.
  • Providing regular reporting related to the allocated agenda to the management
  • Managing Procurement processes & relationships with 3rd parties, authorities
  • Understanding industry trends & applying "Best practises".

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 3+ years' experience in similar segments: Procurement, Logistics, Supply-Chain Management, FMCG
  • Familiar with Trade & Customs Compliance policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) is an advantage
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • English language/ fluent.
