Co bude náplní vaší práce:
  • Rozvoj AI platforem
    Budete spolutvůrcem AI platforem. Hlasem businessu a pravou rukou Product ownera.
  • Evangelizace a šíření AI 
    Zajistíte, aby celé organizaci bylo srozumitelné, kdy a jak umělou inteligenci používat — a kdy naopak ne. Budete inspirátorem a odborným garantem.
  • Účast na klíčových AI dodávkách napříč bankou 
    Budete součástí projektových týmů, zejména tam, kde banka realizuje první AI řešení v oblasti produktu nebo procesu. Pomůžete dát projektům správný směr a identifikovat příležitosti pro využití AI.
  • Ekonomika umělé inteligence 
    Budete schopni připravit business case pro AI využití, vyčíslit jeho přínosy, náklady, rizika a navrhnout optimální variantu řešení.
  • Partner pro produktové manažery, procesní vlastníky a technology 
    Budete schopni jednat s lidmi napříč celou bankou a pomáhat jim přetavit AI principy do konkrétních změn.
  • Lídr inovací a změny 
    Budete jeden z těch, kdo posouvají hranice — odborník, který propojí novou technologii, byznys hodnotu a klientskou zkušenost. 
Co od vás očekáváme:
  • Zájem o oblast designu procesů, produktového designu či strategického poradenství.
  • Schopnost chápat komplexní prostředí velké organizace a jednat s lidmi napříč celou bankou.
  • Silnou orientaci v moderních AI technologiích a jejich praktické aplikaci.
  • Schopnost rychle porozumět novému produktu či procesu a najít vhodné AI příležitosti.
  • Zkušenost s tvorbou business case a ekonomickým vyhodnocováním řešení.
  • Kritické myšlení — umět nejen navrhovat, ale také říkat "ne", pokud AI není vhodná volba.
  • Schopnost prezentovat, argumentovat a vést odbornou diskusi.
  • Chuť tvořit nové věci, stanovovat standardy a budovat AI First kulturu
