Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing a solution for detecting, analyzing, and remediating threats across the clear, dark, and deep web. You will contribute to creating a secure digital world for our customers and communities. You will take initiative to identify and own solutions to problems, and you will partner with cross-functional teams owning requirements that take into account all parties' needs. You will act as a resource by advising and mentoring junior engineers to continue to build the technical capabilities of our teams.

The Senior DevOps Engineer is a part of our Product and Engineering team who are at the forefront of keeping our customers safe from attacks and breaches. In this role you will be focussed on helping our customers seamlessly manage their security solutions as effectively and efficiently as possible, and ensuring our products are delivering a secure experience. You will have the opportunity to further broaden your skills surrounded by a team of incredibly smart and experienced Engineers, whilst getting the opportunity to mentor others.

• Maintain and enhance our existing infrastructure.
• Build new projects from the ground up, collaborating closely with the team's architect.
• Support the Threat Intelligence group and help drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the group.
• When required, partner with internal teams such as UX and Product Management who work deeply with our product to ensure we are understanding our customers needs
• Continue to develop a deep understanding of our products in order to support our customers
• Work with Practice specific technologies

• Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Cost Reduction initiatives
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Establishing and enforcing Policies & Standards
• Cloud & Kubernetes technologies
• Security best practices

• Familiarity and experience with Jenkins Pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in GCP, basic knowledge of AWS
• Expertise in Terraform
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Docker
• Helping deliver company standards to product development teams
• Strong creative problem solving skills
• Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills both within the team and cross functionally

• Demonstrable experience of delivering complex solutions to customers
