FP&A Analyst

Your roleWhat We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a FP&A Analyst within our CCS division in Prague. This position falls under our Vehicles Payments line of business and is located in in Prague.

In this role, you will provide critical business reporting and analytics to support sensible financial decision-making. You will report directly to the Head of FP&A and regularly collaborate with regional business stakeholders, the European FP&A team, and the Financial Controlling department.

As a FP&A Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid work environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned workspace in Prague office
• Company-issued equipment and remote access
• Formal, hands-on training on our internal tools and reporting systems

Role Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary Finance Business Partner for your assigned region, serving as the main point of contact for all finance-relevant requests.
• Leading monthly local pre-close calls and participating in broader European month-end closures.
• Preparing comprehensive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and monitoring full P&L performance.
• Managing internal labor cost models for your respective region.
• Providing standard and ad hoc Management Reporting, including monthly P&L decks and Cost Center reporting.
• Performing in-depth analysis on performance indicators (KPIs), specifically focusing on OPEX and proposing corrective actions.
• Leading the budgeting process by engaging stakeholders, discussing opportunities, and submitting templates on time.
• Forecasting results accurately, maintaining direct ownership over quarterly OPEX forecasting.
• Maintaining and improving FP&A tools such as DWH, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel-based models.
• Automating reports to promote the usage of modern finance tools and increase department efficiency.
• Supporting the Financial Controlling team during the first five working days of the month with closure activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with SQL, PowerBI , or Tableau is a significant advantage.
• System Knowledge: Knowledge of basic accounting principles; experience with Microsoft AX is an advantage.
• Languages: Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 level).
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset capable of challenging the status quo.
• Strict adherence to handling sensitive economic and financial data with high discretion.
