Náplň práce:

zajištění rekonciliace karetních transakcí a jejich vypořádání vůči portfoliu obchodníků (transakce VISA, Mastercard apod.)

zajištění kompletní účetní agendy spojené se zpracováním karetních transakcí a jejich vypořádání vůči portfoliu obchodníků (bankovní výpisy, interní doklady atd.)

zpracovávání účetní agendy v souvislosti s karetními transakcemi dle platných směrnic společnosti

odpovědnost za inventarizaci svěřených účtů

kontrola zaúčtování deníkových záznamů

kontrola výstupů z účetní evidence

poskytnutí podkladů internímu i externímu auditu

Požadujeme:

středoškolské vzdělání

perfektní znalost českého jazyka

znalost anglického jazyka pro písemnou komunikaci

výbornou znalost programů MS Office /Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint/

komunikativnost, týmovou spolupráci

systematičnost, smysl pro numerické detaily
