Job Description:The Accountant will be responsible for managing the daily accounting operations of holding entities and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Key tasks include reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and supporting audits, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The role also contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements, and provides support in planning and management reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the holding entities
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Prepare reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts) and resolve discrepancies
  • Support preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in collaboration with auditors
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and internal controls
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and ERP enhancement
  • Provide support in planning and management reporting as needed
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related filed
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience (ideally within international or group structure)
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and liability to meet given deadlines
  • English at a working proficiency level (spoken and written)
