𖤍 The Role This is a brand new role offering the chance to be involved in the formulation and development of new tools and processes to support ongoing business decision making, working directly with co-founder / Head of Partnerships. Responsible for providing research and insights to the business development team, the role will focus on ensuring high quality internal data is combined with external market trends and an understanding of operational best practices, to form a feedback loop which adds value for all stakeholders. The role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into global industry nuances, work closely with sales colleagues, and be at the forefront of a strategic evolution for Realms Group (holding company of ) to become a more deeply data driven business.
What you'll do Be the primary resource for analysis within the Sales and Partnership departments for multiple business verticals, such as analyses related to sales, product utilization, pricing, customer delivery, trends and other related topics. Ensure a high-level data quality standard is followed related to internal sales data within our databases and CRM tools. Assist with ongoing pricing related initiatives. Develop and define business development and revenue improvement strategies both in new and existing business partnerships. Utilize existing data (internal and external dataset) to provide analysis related to individual and team KPIs. Identify positive and negative trends, and opportunities concerning sales and KPI achievement. Create and maintain accuracy of monthly and quarterly forecasts. Involvement in the yearly budgeting process. Be involved in the go-to-market strategy for new product & feature launches, ensuring business development efforts are maximized with ongoing performance assessment. Support the Sales team with contract renewals, as well new deals in the pipeline. Perform analysis highlighting upsell potentials, or other commercial upgrades before the final deal is pitched. Proactively manage revenue assurance. Ensuring alignment with all stakeholders and that strict process is followed across activation, contracts, and invoicing. Work with necessary departments (BI, Finance, etc.) to prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to assist Sales efforts. Help Sales team with profiling of the prospects to increase the success rate of the deal closing
What you bring to the table 3 years experience in a sales growth business analytics related role Knowledge/background of the sports betting industry and/or esports is a big advantage University degree, ideally in a business related field. Visualization tools, SQL knowledge, understanding of databases. Experience of using a range of functions within CRM systems. Excellent analytical skills, ability to transform broad data into relevant and reliable insights and action points. Good visualization skills: ability to effectively present data through graphs and other easily digestible methods. Able to work independently and think outside-the-box, to identify patterns indicating potential opportunities & problems and create solutions. Highly intelligent and mentally strong person to be a valuable discussion partner for the top management. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written English.
