About
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with schools for job fairs, create engaging social media content using Canva, and help position L'Oréal as an employer of choice.
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare welcome packages, order products, and organize events to ensure a seamless experience for newcomers.
  • HR Project Management: Assist in planning and executing initiatives like HR Days, Health Days, and team-building activities.
  • Training Development: Help design training plans and materials to support employee growth.
  • Administrative Support: Handle tasks like creating invoices, cleaning up Excel sheets, and managing ad hoc requests to keep the team running smoothly.

Role
  • A student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker with fluent English.
  • A genuine interest in HR, recruiting, learning, or employer branding.
  • Availability to work 25–32 hours per week.
  • Strong skills in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.
