ABOUT THE ROLEThe purpose of this role is to proactively work and support the contract to bill (cash) process and act as the point of contact for all matters which relate to customer invoicing and satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Customer Billing SupportServe as the primary billing contact for assigned customers and regions.
Collaborate closely with Geo Cash Analysts to resolve billing queries.
Investigate invoice issues and coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
Calculate and submit billing adjustments as needed.
Conduct regular invoice and service data reviews with GCA/BU contacts to identify and correct discrepancies.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve billing quality.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding billing improvements and project updates.
Provide training on SITA invoices and billing tools to enhance customer & internal teams understanding.
Address billing-related complaints and survey feedback; develop and implement action plans.
Capture and anticipate customer business needs to propose tailored billing solutions.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure satisfaction with billing services.
Act as a virtual team member across regional and business units, focusing on key deliverables.
Serve as a billing subject matter expert for internal teams.
Stay updated on products and billing processes through ongoing training.
Review and approve commercial opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with billing standards.
Design billing solutions for complex contracts.
Support initiatives to enhance revenue and margin performance.
Assist in debt recovery efforts linked to billing discrepancies.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
- Background in Economics or Business. Ideal for recent graduates.
- Enjoy communicating across diverse cultures and geographies
- Ability to build trust & relationships both externally & internally
- Strong problem-solving & enjoyment of working with numbers
- Teamwork, customer focus, willingness to learn and self-motivation
