Tasks
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of the Instance Controller platform
  • Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Cooperation with the development team to improve system reliability and performance
  • Gradual involvement in customer support and communication after training
  • Working with Linux servers, databases, scripts and automation tools
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a system administrator or DevOps-related role
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Understanding of Java and JavaScript basics – ability to read and modify code, familiarity with OOP concepts
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English
  • Independence, reliability and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform or similar ITSM systems
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python or other)
  • Experience running web-based applications or working in cloud environments
  • Interest in process automation and infrastructure optimization
