What You Will Do:

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Youre near-native in Czech and can weave a fantastic conversation in Englishboth spoken and written
  • Previous Experience: If youve had the chance to dazzle customers in a service role before, we definitely want to hear from you
  • Tech-Savvy: You can maneuver through MS Office like a pro and know your way around a CRM system.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision is your middle name You excel at juggling tasks, whether youre working solo or collaborating with the team.

  • Fulltime role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m., Monday Friday, and 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday
