REICO investiční společnost Erste Asset Management, a.s. je investiční společnost, která spravuje aktiva ve prospěch fondů REICO Nemovitostní a REICO Long Lease – největšího a nejstaršího českého realitního otevřeného podílového fondu. Spravované fondy patří mezi první, které podporují udržitelné charakteristiky. REICO bylo založeno v roce 2006 a v současnosti spravuje realitní aktiva v hodnotě přibližně 45 miliard Kč, investovaná do 27 nemovitostí v České republice, Polsku a na Slovensku. Aktiva spravuje cirka drobným střadatelů.

Pro podporu dalšího růstu hledáme nového kolegu/kolegyni se sídlem v Praze, který/á posílí náš tým asset managementu.

Máte chuť:

· Zabezpečovat administrativní podpora týmu spravujícího realitní portfolio v hodnotě přes 45 mld. CZK v ČR, Polsku a na Slovensku.

· Spolupracovat na přípravě podkladů a dokumentace pro potřeby asset managementu.

· Vést administrativní a organizační agendu spojenou s řízením výkonnosti nemovitostí – evidence nájemních smluv, komunikace s nájemci, sledování plateb a provozních nákladů.

· Podílet se na zpracování finančních analýz, prognóz a pravidelných reportů o výkonnosti portfolia, včetně přípravy ročních business plánů.

· Koordinovat a podporovat spolupráci s property managementem, leasingovými týmy a externími dodavateli.

· Sledovat monitoring tržních trendů a sběr informací o konkurenčních projektech pro potřeby asset managementu.

· Pomáhat dalším oddělením společnosti – zejména při akvizicích, prodejích, oceňování nemovitostí či controllingu.

Budeme si rozumět, pokud:

· Jste absolvent/ka ekonomického nebo technického studijního programu

· Máte zájem o prostředí realitních investic, financí a problematiku udržitelnosti

· Aktivně komunikujete v anglickém jazyce

· Máte pokročilou znalost nástrojů MS Office – zejména Excel

· Máte analytické myšlení, procesní přístup, dobrý time-management a smysl pro detail
