Co tě u nás čeká:

  • Řízení celého supply chainu od supplier managementu a produktového týmu až po dopravu a logistiku.

  • Nastavení a optimalizace procesů: forecasting, plánování zásob, distribuce, expedice.

  • Vyjednávání obchodních podmínek s dodavateli a partnery v ČR i zahraničí.

  • Správa portfolia dodavatelů a hledání nových obchodních příležitostí.

  • Zajištění expanze na nové trhy (EU, USA) z pohledu dodavatelského řetězce.

  • Datové řízení výkonu jako KPI, nákladovost, efektivita, rychlost.

  • Leadership a rozvoj týmu - povedeš Supplier Managera a celý tým pod ním (Product Managers, Transport Specialist).

Co od tebe čekáme:

  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti se supply chain/procurement managementem v oblasti FMCG, retail nebo e-commerce a primárně oblast food.

  • Zkušenost s vedením lidí.

  • Schopnost nastavit procesy, řídit je k výsledku a myslet strategicky i v detailu.

  • Angličtina na pokročilé úrovni (B2/C1) - denní komunikace s dodavateli.

  • Silné analytické a komunikační dovednosti, orientace na čísla a data.

  • Zodpovědnost, systematičnost, time management a chuť se posouvat.

  • Zájem o sport, zdravý životní styl a blízkost k našemu brandu.
