As Moonlight Agent at W Prague, you will be the first spark of our guests' experience – the person who makes the welcome unforgettable and the farewell just as memorable.

What you'll do

Be the first point of contact for our guests: warmly welcome, engage, and assist with a smile.

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and flair.

Provide insider access to everything W Prague and our city has to offer – from must-see attractions to hidden gems.

Handle guest requests with style, speed, and professionalism – whatever, whenever.

Anticipate guest needs and create "Wow" moments that make every stay unforgettable.

Ensure smooth communication across departments, working closely with Style, Welcome, and all teams.

Follow safety and security guidelines while keeping our vibe cool and professional.

What we're looking for

A charismatic personality – someone who loves connecting with people.

Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality is an advantage, but passion and drive matter most.

Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Impeccable personal presentation and a natural eye for detail.

Ability to stay calm, confident, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
