Our AI subdivision is looking for a Back Office Assistant who will keep things organized and help us grow.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and handle both internal and external communication.
  • Take clear and structured meeting notes so everyone can easily follow up.
  • Process and check documents, invoices, and various materials.
  • Support colleagues with daily administrative tasks.
  • Keep databases, folders, and records up to date and well organized.
  • Monitor emails and phone calls to make sure nothing goes unanswered.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and occasionally plan business trips.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a high school or university degree (ideally in business/administration) or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You're comfortable with common office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • You're well organized, can handle multiple tasks at once, and aren't afraid of deadlines.
  • You're communicative, detail-oriented, and thorough.
  • You can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have previous experience in administrative support or work organization.
  • Know how to maintain clear records and databases.
  • Enjoy creating well-structured documents and reports.
  • Like improving processes and finding smart ways to save time.
