Our AI subdivision is looking for a Back Office Assistant who will keep things organized and help us grow.

What you'll do:
- Prepare presentations, reports, and handle both internal and external communication.
- Take clear and structured meeting notes so everyone can easily follow up.
- Process and check documents, invoices, and various materials.
- Support colleagues with daily administrative tasks.
- Keep databases, folders, and records up to date and well organized.
- Monitor emails and phone calls to make sure nothing goes unanswered.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and occasionally plan business trips.
Who we're looking for:
- You have a high school or university degree (ideally in business/administration) or relevant experience in a similar role.
- You're comfortable with common office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- You're well organized, can handle multiple tasks at once, and aren't afraid of deadlines.
- You're communicative, detail-oriented, and thorough.
- You can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.
Bonus points if you:
- Have previous experience in administrative support or work organization.
- Know how to maintain clear records and databases.
- Enjoy creating well-structured documents and reports.
- Like improving processes and finding smart ways to save time.

- Suitable also for recent graduates.
- Full-time position on an employment contract.
