We are seeking a new colleague to join our 12-member team as the Facility Coordinator / Office Manager. We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual who is well-organized, open-minded, and eager to learn, ideally with some level of experience in similar duties as described below. The focus of the position will be on managing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including AV, MTR equipment, building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.
The successful candidate will work with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
What will be your main responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and fulfil administrative tasks of our office locations.
Assign tasks, supervise, and coordinate a small team of operational maintenance workers.
Negotiate and coordinate with internal suppliers, monitor their performance, and ensure the quality of services such as cleaning, waste disposal and recycling etc.
Address and resolve daily operational issues in the offices and parking areas.
Lead small construction or maintenance projects from the start to successful finish.
Management of AV and MTR equipment.
Manage the Access Control System agenda.
Assist to meet the needs and requirements of our internal clients.
Identify and foresee potential operational risks, propose, and implement solutions and improvements.
Always ensure compliance with corporate standards.
What do we expect:
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in administration of real estate management or technical management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills: Technical mindset and skills are a plus.
Education: High school education or higher.
Language: Proficient in English for daily communication, native in Czech language is a must
