Trade Marketing

Launching your career in Trade Marketing function is a fantastic starting point for thorough understanding of many operational areas and functions of the business. You will be part of crucial ladder between planning and final execution driving out business strategy into perfection With your added value we will jointly drive the success of our brands and category growth.

Joining Trade Marketing function will bring you the understanding of business drivers, planning of many engaging brand initiatives as well as product novelties from the beginning into the visible results and consumer satisfaction. We will officially welcome our GDP new joiners on the 3rd of June 2024. 

About the role

On the role you will learn a lot of what is needed for a successful product launch, you will carve the global strategy into specific needs of local market and customer channels for taylor-made approach. Your analytical skills will help to spot on white spaces for the category growth and will be heavily lifted in your everyday tasks. You will elevate your knowledge of the business drivers and be a voice of the Reckitt business strategy to your Sales colleagues and our business partners. Promotional strategy, visibility of our brands in-store, right portfolio in different sales channels and product pricing will be the tools for final success

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Analyze the category development through many metrics and lenses

- Advise how to evolve our brands strategy in pricing, placement, promotion and portfolio pillars

- Communicate and deploy the strategy changes to Sales colleagues and business partners

- Ensure the brands objectives are being executed in-market and monitor its impact on the results

- Actively share the feedback with your Brand Marketing colleagues and other stakeholders

The experience we're looking for

- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
- An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
- Resilience and adaptability within a vibrant sales environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

- Ability to work full time and to be able to start at the beginning of June 2024.

- Fluent English as well as fluent knowledge of local language.
