Customs Management Officer

We are hiring candidate who will be responsible for collection, tracking and reminders in the area of goods origin management, doocument review and data maintenance on the basis of legal requirements, Cross-functional communication and Data analysis and evaluations experienced.

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables, what you can look forward to as Customs Management Officer:

• Request and monitoring of Country of Origin (CoO) certificates (eg. LTSDs) from global supplier base            
• Communication with suppliers, including required escalations                    
• Interface with customer order management and purchasing                    
• Data maintenance, administrative support, creation of analyses, Support of local supply management team: on-time planning and coordination of order; monitoring and evaluation of inventory.                    
• Communication and clarification with chamber of commerce                    
• Monitoring, checking and maintaining the origins/goods-inventories in relation to CoO in the respective tool/goods management system (eg. SAP, MIC, BPCS, customer portal) from the supplier and towards the customer including applicable FTA (Free-trade-agreement)    

Your Profile (Required skills and experience) as Customs Management Officer:

• High school education (university as advantage)
• Several years of industry experience within goods origin & customs 
• Language: CZ/EN, (DE is advantage)
• MS Office, Power Point, Power BI, MS Planner
• ERP Systems: SAP, MIC OCS, BPCS
• Good communication skills, social competence, cooperative working
