For our client - the renowned investment company, mainly focused on investments into real estate projects.

Your new role

Control of cash flow within the group, financial management of projects, preparation of regular reports according to the requirements of control institutions, but also ad hoc ones in connection with the assigned project.

Preparation of budgets, transfer pricing, monitoring of current legislation and regulatory requirements.

Cooperation on audits and internal controls.

Participating in the development of internal systems.

Accounting controls, process and methodology setup.

Reviewing and adjusting contracts from a financial perspective, working closely with the legal department.

What you'll need to succeed

A graduate of a university of economics.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Analytical thinking and positive attitude to working with numbers.

English language at C1 level, Czech language at native speaker/C2 level.

Excellent ability to work with Microsoft Excel, effective data manipulation with emphasis on readability, knowledge of Power BI an advantage.

Ability to focus on details while recognizing the bigger picture in the long term.

Ability to continuously improve and optimize processes.

Experience with Helios Inuvio is an advantage.

Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS), consolidation and taxes.

Experience with operational controlling, accounting and inventory inventory is not a requirement but is an advantage.
