User Experience Design Specialist for Cloud ERP UX Design

User Experience Designer

Design user-centric experiences for SAP's Cloud ERP business areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and effective interfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather end-user requirements through research and analysis
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to refine use cases and align designs with product goals
  • Create and iterate user interface designs, discussing alternatives and solutions with developers
  • Verify designs through reviews, validation, and usability testing to ensure they meet user needs
  • Take ownership of designs and accompany them through the development process
Requirements:
  • Degree in Design, Digital Media, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or comparable fields
  • 2 years of experience in Interaction Design, preferably with Business Applications
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.
  • Advanced English skills, German or Czech a plus
