We're looking for a talented individual to become a specialist in our business domain, deeply understanding our internal Customer Success AI goals. As a member of our team, you will architect and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) features and integrations, utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), GenAI, RAG, and Cohere systems. You will also develop new tools and refine existing ones to utilize new AI features and functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop AI features and integrations in close collaboration with senior technical leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), GenAI, RAG, and Cohere systems to meet development goals.
  • Develop new tools and refine existing ones to utilize new AI features and functionality.
  • Prompt Engineering: Utilize prompt engineering techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of language models.
  • Deployment and Automation: Automate the testing and deployment processes of language models to production environments.
  • Analyze complex requirements, collaborating closely with technical product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Define work plans in our collaborative Agile planning tool (Jira).
  • Contribute to the implementation and testing phase, personally and/or collaboratively with developers.
  • Author and/or review technical documentation for new features, collaborating with Technical Writers.
