Čemu se u nás budete věnovat?

Hledáme schopného inženýra, který bude zodpovědný za technickou podporu výroby elektronových mikroskopů, konkrétně za řešení problémů souvisejících s detektory. Odborník v této pozici řeší komplexní technické úkoly, přičemž spolupracuje napříč odděleními, především s výrobou, vývojem a servisem.

  • Budete podporovat výrobu a pomáhat s řešením technických problémů v oblasti detektorů užívaných v elektronových mikroskopech s přesahem do vývojových aktivit a NPI
  • Budete dohlížet na implementaci změn TPD
  • Nastavovat metriku testování nových dílů, organizovat jeho provedení a poskytovat zpětnou vazbu k dodavateli
  • Ověřovat výrobní technologie dodavatelů pro výrobky Thermo Fisher Scientific
  • Definovat a upravovat náš výrobní postup, včetně návrhu či úpravy testovacích přípravků
  • Hledat řešení pro zvyšování kvality produktů a optimalizaci výroby
  • Budete specifikovat požadavky na nové komponenty i řídicí software detektorů z pohledu funkčnosti a servisovatelnosti
  • Porozumíte elektronové mikroskopii jako celku, naučíte se pracovat s nejmodernějšími zařízeními v oboru
  • Provádět pravidelná školení pracovníků výroby
  • Budete pracovat v týmu lidí různých profesí (inženýring, vývoj, výroba, servis, logistika), kde každý přispívá tím, co umí a kde se každý rozvíjí v praktických i komunikačních dovednostech

  • Dobré komunikační schopnosti
  • Schopnost samostatného uvažování a rozhodování
  • Aktivní, odpovědný a systematický přístup k řešení problémů
  • Pokročilá znalost anglického jazyka včetně technických termínů
  • Řidičský průkaz skupiny B, platný pas a ochotu příležitostně cestovat
