We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Procurement Associate Specialist to join our EMEAC technology procurement team. In this role, you will provide logistical support to the procurement team, helping to manage supplier relationships and ensure efficient sourcing activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in IT procurement and work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the procurement team with operational tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining procurement requisitions and records.
  • Help coordinate communication between internal IT stakeholders and suppliers, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Support the team in managing basic vendor communications and follow-up on documentation and requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and distributing RFP documents and collecting responses from suppliers.
  • Provide support in organizing and tracking contract documents and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Primary Activities:

  • Provide support in various procurement processes, including supplier management and contract documentation.
  • Help maintain good working relationships with both internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Experience: Some exposure to procurement, supply chain, or a related field through internships, part-time work, or academic projects is a plus.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
