We're looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather end-user requirements through activities and synthesizing results to ensure a comprehensive understanding of users' needs.
- Collaborate with other roles to understand and refine use cases, aligning designs with product goals.
- Create and iterate user interface designs, utilizing technical understanding to discuss design alternatives and solutions with developers.
- Verify designs through reviews, validation, and formal usability testing with end users.
Requirements:
- degree in Design, Digital Media, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or comparable fields.
- 2 years experience in Interaction Design, preferably with Business Applications.
- Experience in working with prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Balsamiq etc.
- Advanced English skills are mandatory, German or Czech is a plus.
