**Job Summary:** Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation, leveraging expertise in software development and project management to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Your Role and Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Document requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with software developers, engineers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Accept tasks after implementation, ensuring they meet business needs through testing and validation.

**Daily Tasks:**

  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss business needs and requirements.
  • Work with developers to clarify tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with testers to define acceptance criteria for each task.
  • Utilize IBM Cloud as a source of information to drive innovation and growth.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Czech and English languages.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in business analysis or IT is a plus.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:**

  • Docker knowledge and awareness of best practices.
  • Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Experience with IBM public and hybrid cloud.
