Your Role and Responsibilities

He/she will be part of IBM associate graduate program which is focusing on finding of talents in IT (testing area) and providing space for them for learning, improving their knowledge and preparing them for work at IBM consulting. Future role will be Test analyst / Test executor in this job role will have an expertise in IT and software development. IBM Czech testing team is focusing on Test automation and Gen AI testing, so we are expecting his/her growing in this role to Test automation specialist or in Gen AI testing. You can meet on projects with modern technologies as Cloud (IBM Cloud, AWS or Azure), Gen AI, AI, OpenShift etc.

Skills:

Communication/Negotiation:

Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches. Negotiate with specified objectives.

Problem Solving:

Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenges the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

We are looking for a Test Analyst / Test executor to participate on IBM projects in this role. Candidate will be responsible for activites as testing analysis, test execution, defects logging etc.

We are expecting ability to independent solving problems during test activities and good communication skills.

Required:

  • Good Communicaiton skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • IT Technical Overview

  • Good command of English and Czech/Slovak

  • University degree with no longer than 2 years of work experience after the graduation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of test planning and test management tools

  • Understanding of business domain

  • Software development experience
