Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain engineering infrastructure, tools and services that powers the CI/CD for Microsoft Teams across different clients/platforms.
- Champion best practices, tools and processes for a data-driven, quality-focused release of Microsoft Teams as frequently as possible to our customers.
- Build tools/bots to improve developer productivity, contribute ideas to continuously improve our systems and drive actionable feedback on code and product quality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop overall product vision as well as strategies on how to realize the vision by identifying technical challenges & proposing solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing AI system.
- Experience with Azure PaaS & Services.
- Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills.
- Good track record of working with partner teams and a mindset to get things done the right way.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for reaching across teams and organizations to make progress collaborative.
