On behalf of a global company with Swedish culture, we are currently looking for an AP accountant to join their business administrative hub based in Prague, employing around 100 people from 20 different nationalities from around the world and who are mainly focused on accounting and IT roles. If you speak English, if you are still studying or if you just can/want to work 6h/day only and if you are interested in finance, then surely keep reading Your main role will be to process invoices, payments, and prepare reports.

Role Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payments
- Perform month-end activities and reporting
- Monitor vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors when needed (discrepancies, inquiries)
- Participate in projects
Qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (accounting department);
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP or Oracle)
- Attention to details, problem-solving and good communication skills
- Fluent in English - Serbian, Croatian or German is a huge benefit
