Job Title: Senior Global Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Global Demand Generation Specialist to join our Global Demand and Campaigns team in Prague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing programs, with a focus on email marketing, data management, and performance analysis.

About the Team:

Rapid7's Global Demand & Campaigns Marketing team is a critical engine that fuels demand for Rapid7 solutions through focused marketing initiatives to build awareness and engage the buyer from prospect to happy customer. Our team is responsible for driving scalable practice or segment-based programs to nurture a buyer through their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of demand generation programs, including email, content syndication, and webinars.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of email programs, including optimizing copy for the email channel, curating email templates, A/B testing, and maintaining the global email calendar and best practices.
  • Support maintaining all data within Marketo and CRM, ensuring data enrichment and hygiene best practices are adhered to.
  • Create email templates and cadences for SDR/Sales teams to use to communicate with their contacts about upcoming events, current promotions, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
  • Assist and monitor programs using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement-over-time, and read-rates, using insights to refine strategies and improve future programs.
  • Collaborate with regional growth marketing, global demand, and global campaigns team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to email programs.
  • Maintain the Global Demand Asana projects and calendars, providing administrative support such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and project management.
  • Develop innovative strategies to generate and nurture leads, creating fresh and appealing email content that captures attention and engages readers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or Cyber Security industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with experience in Marketo/Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), HTML editor, and database tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively for marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and Cyber Security, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
