Key Responsibilities:- Manage large-scale finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
- Establish and maintain program change management plans to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Execute program plans, communicate program status and data, and maintain accurate and current program information.
- Serve as a project and program management subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring project managers.
- Obtain approval for the program and actively manage program benefits and issues in partnership with IT business partners.
- Own one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing projects and/or programs of increasing complexity.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related project management systems.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Expert understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing multiple projects within an overall program.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change.
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders.
- Experience within a regulated environment.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, including external representatives.
