  • Manage large-scale finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Establish and maintain program change management plans to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
  • Execute program plans, communicate program status and data, and maintain accurate and current program information.
  • Serve as a project and program management subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring project managers.
  • Obtain approval for the program and actively manage program benefits and issues in partnership with IT business partners.
  • Own one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience managing projects and/or programs of increasing complexity.

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related project management systems.

  • Experience within a regulated environment.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
