What we expect from you
You know what it takes to build a performant web app that feels great to work with, because you did it a couple of times already. You know common software design patterns and have applied them in your designs. You produce readable, well documented and tested code. You can have a funded technical discussion and back your opinions by facts and data. In particular, we'd like you to have the following:
- Proven experience in developing complex front-ends or SPAs (5+ years for senior level)
- Understanding of the end-to-end web development process, with an emphasis on front-end design and development
- Very strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, NodeJS, SASS, Bootstrap with hands-on experience in some front-end frameworks, preferably Angular
- Ability to interpret and implement web designs
- Experience with canvas, transformations, 2D context, and web components will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and spotting things that feel visually "off"
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other relevant staff members.
- Experience with performance-aware code
- Experience with animation
- Experience with web experimentation and A/B testing is welcome, too
- Strong command of English – verbal & written (we're an international team)
