Responsibilities:
Analysing current processes, identifying areas where improvements and changes can be madeProposing improvements, innovations, and changes to achieve better quality of service providedCreating detailed process maps that illustrate the processes, conducting interviews with employees to get their input on these processesIdentifying customer needs and collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfactionYour ProfileRequirements:
Minimum secondary educationKnowledge of English language B2 (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)Knowledge of MS Office, advanced PC skillsExcellent communication skillsCustomer orientation and empathyAnalytical thinking, Lean Six Sigma basics is an advantageWe offer:
