Become a part of our Payroll team within friendly working environment where quality, learning and performance are keystones We are seeking a Payroll Advisor who will be based in Prague and have end to end responsibility of payroll operations for Norway, Sweden and Finland through a strong collaboration with our vendor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of Payroll within own scope.
  • Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.
  • Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives
  • Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers and vendors in order to secure high quality payroll processing
  • Cooperate with colleagues in the team to ensure continuous execution of tasks and delivery
  • Further Payroll Team related task according to instructions from Manager.
  • Identify areas for improvement with the strive to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of the payroll processes

Relocation is not offered for this position.

The Payroll Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Payroll department in the BSO. We are looking for collaborative and enthusiastic employees to engage actively in building a high-performing, fun department.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You speak fluent English
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Understanding of payroll/finance processes and administration, ideally from international environment/shared services/payroll provider
  • Experience with payroll systems or any finance systems (eg. ADP)
  • Experience with HR Master Data Systems (SAP, WorkDay, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office experience, MS Excel on advanced level is preferred
  • You are a great teammate with proactive approach
  • You are analytical, structured, with an eye for detail
