junior Revenue analyst

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Revenue Analyst. Join the world's largest and most broadly based healthcare company, which has maintained a tradition of quality and innovation for over 130 years. Help to ensure accurate reporting of our revenue in any given period. Take ownership of your scope and work with business to achieve quality results.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Independent ownership of assigned month-end/quarter close activities
  • Responsible for core activities such as: Journal entry posting, calculations related to manual Balance sheet and PNL account, reconciliation of accounts
  • Responsible for the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements
  • Build a strong awareness of the local business and close cooperation with local teams
  • Effective internal/external stakeholder communication to ensure timely and accurate completion of cross department closing activities
  • Support with audit requests (Deloitte/PWC/internal)
  • Creation and review of the internal work instruction and operating procedures (DTP/SOP/WI) in cooperation with compliance team
  • Manage ad hoc one-time requests (audit requests/ local business)
  • Participate in projects to support Automation and Finance improvement initiatives within the revenue team
  • Demonstrate proactive and positive mindset toward daily activities

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 year(s) working experience
  • Basic accounting & good financial knowledge
  • Good understanding of the Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • MS Office literacy (Advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
  • Basic ERP knowledge (SAP)
  • Proficient level of written and oral English
  • Persistentnt/committed and able to work under time pressure
  • Organized/ time-oriented and output-driven
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
