About the Job- As a Senior Onboarding & KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding complex clients, quality assurance, and training of new team members in accordance with the KYC business procedures and Global Minimum KYC Standards.
- You will identify potential improvements to onboarding process flows and procedures and come up with improvement suggestions for implementation with other Saxo units.
- Process incoming client applications in accordance with KYC business procedures and Global Minimum KYC Standards.
- Meet SLA's for processing incoming clients and meet agreed Quality standards.
- Participate in daily tasks such as quality check, review of results of ongoing client AML screening, and processing incoming requests to the team's inbox.
- Perform periodic review of clients and ensure documentation is accurate and current.
- Work with key internal stakeholders within the Global Onboarding & KYC teams.
- Interact and cooperate with other relevant departments to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, proper business procedures, and client focus.
- Provide support to the team and Quality review for new joiners.
- Ensure effective mentorship and share experience with more junior staff.
- Have SME level knowledge of locally important regulatory requirements and background legislation.
- Identify potential improvements to onboarding process flows and procedures and come up with improvement suggestions for implementation with other Saxo units.
- Continuously update governing procedures and work instructions in line with updated Global Minimum KYC Requirements, Compliance, and Legal.
- Comply with Saxo Group's prevailing Security Policy and Business Procedures.
- 3-4 years of KYC/AML experience, quality assurance, and training experience is required.
- Client-facing experience.
- A university degree preferably in banking/finance or economics.
- Polish, Slovak, or Czech language is mandatory and on a professional level.
