  • Proven experience (4+ years) in managing web-based marketing projects, with a strong understanding of both technical and marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in website usability, redesign, and project management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage and track progress across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, as well as strong documentation skills.
  • Experience in conducting research, gathering business requirements, and ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and deliverables.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery.
  • Previous experience with B2B, SaaS, and Martech is a plus.
  • English -B2 -C2.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of web-based projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning to delivery. You will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to implement HubSpot, manage website usability and redesign projects, and ensure all business requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of marketing and technical project management experience, as well as expertise in B2B SaaS.

,[Customer Interaction: Conduct initial meetings with customers to understand their business goals, expectations, and preferences., Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business and technical requirements for marketing-related web projects. Refine these requirements with stakeholders and validate them for accuracy., Project Planning & Team Coordination: Assign roles to team members, including systems analysts and developers. Host kick-off meetings to discuss project objectives and responsibilities., Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure project approval from key stakeholders., HubSpot Implementation & Website Projects: Lead HubSpot implementation projects, ensuring the platform aligns with business requirements. Oversee website usability, redesign initiatives, and continuously improve the user experience., Backlog Management in Jira: Manage the business backlog in Jira, creating and refining tasks for the development team. Coordinate with the systems analyst to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications., Task Decomposition & Team Support: Break down business and technical requirements into actionable tasks for the project team. Provide ongoing support to the systems analyst to ensure clear communication and task alignment with business goals., Demos & Delivery: Coordinate with developers to conduct internal demos of completed work., Ensure that all tasks meet business requirements, pass testing, and are successfully delivered to stakeholders. Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders., Documentation & Risk Management: Maintain and update all project documentation, including risk registers, communication matrices, and project summaries. Regularly check for potential risks and discuss updates with stakeholders., Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure project success.
