Profil kandydata:

  • co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie w wyszukiwaniu i realizacji projektów z obszaru energetyki i środowiska (też pozyskiwanie decyzji i pozwoleń) – warunek konieczny (mile widziane doświadczenie w OZE/farmy wiatrowe)
  • umiejętność analizy i syntezy informacji
  • znajomość przepisów prawnych dotyczących sektora energetycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem energetyki wiatrowej
  • umiejętności zarządzania projektami w praktyce potwierdzone przynajmniej jednym pomyślnie zrealizowanym projektem (mile widziane projekty PV)
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole o wysokim stopniu niezależności jego członków
  • świetne umiejętności komunikacyjne - zarówno pisemne, jak i ustne
  • znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na codzienną komunikację (min. B2)
  • umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się i zarządzania wieloma priorytetami
  • czynne prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do podróży służbowych
  • gotowość do pracy w nieszablonowym środowisku

Proces rekrutacyjny:
