  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director or Chief People Officer in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional HR teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) is required.

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and manage our Human Resources department. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Director will manage the recruitment team, people partners, learning and development, and travel coordinators, driving efforts across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and well-being.
