- Excellent English, written and spoken (Polish is optional).

We build our Growth Team as one, cross-functional team that involves (you) as the New Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, other Sales Specialists, and Head of Growth. We work closely with the Delivery Team and Managing Director. We work together to build out our sales channels, feed our pipeline, and lead client discovery meetings, and contract negotiations. In this role, you will have a chance to work with multiple of our offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe.
As responsible for new business development you will create & execute strategies for lead generation as per ICP, further prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. Your goal will be to become an expert in selected offerings and specialize in hunting for new projects to solve customer pains and challenges. There’s a significant level of independence but also the whole team and investments plan to support your activities. You might need to step out of the “typical” sales tasks and reach the goals with an entrepreneurial approach. This is your dream job if you’re proactive, resourceful, and hungry for growth.
