We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at Holisticon Connect. This role will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth in the European market.

Job Description

The Strategic Sales Development Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. You will become an expert in selected offerings and specialize in hunting for new projects to solve customer pains and challenges.

You will have a chance to work with multiple of our offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe.

This is a full-time position with a flexible working schedule and remote work options. You will be part of a team that values loyalty and growth opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between 8,000 - 13,000 PLN gross/month (approximately 1,800 - 2,900 EUR net/month). Additionally, you will receive a sales and travel budget to perform your sales action plan.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in international sales in European Markets;
  • Proven track record on new sales generation within custom software services;
  • Deal lifecycle management (from prospect to close deal);
  • Interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, and resourcefulness;
  • High sense of ownership and ability to execute projects in sales from idea to result;
  • Accountability for your actions;
  • Focus on learning and development;
  • Excellent English, written and spoken (Polish is optional).

Prior experience working in teams that use social selling and ABM is a plus, as well as great networking skills (e.g., at conferences, webinars, and fairs).
