Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in presales, bid management, contract/resource management, project management, or customer relationship services.
- Fluency in English.
- Profound understanding of contracts and resource management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.

,[Ensure contracts are created and amended in a timely manner, providing support to the sales team throughout the process., Work closely with various teams to facilitate contract issuance and guide them through the signing and processing stages., Foster collaboration among different departments to advance deal pursuits, engaging stakeholders and removing obstacles., Provide support to the sales team by overseeing contract creation and amendments across different contract types., Use Microsoft templates and tools to draft contracts, obtain approvals, and make updates as needed., Manage the pre-sales process and track deals from bidding to execution., Prioritize urgent contracts and resolve suspended requests efficiently., Coordinate with the project management team to address resource and technical requirements, creating effective plans to support the bidding process., Manage approval processes and communicate deal statuses through reports., Maintain queue organization, provide project updates, and ensure a smooth handover process from sales to delivery.] Requirements: Excel, PowerPoint, Degree, MS Office, MS Dynamics Additionally: International projects, Sport subscription, Cafeteria, Friendly atmosphere, In-house trainings, Modern office.-
