Requirements:

1. Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (for internship) or have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (for Junior Marketing Specialist).
  • Interns: Prior internship experience in marketing or digital communications is a plus.

2. Technical Skills

  • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedInTwitter).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and visually appealing content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce fresh, engaging content ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, tone of voice, and maintaining the integrity of company values across all content.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence on various social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter), creating compelling content, and supporting client communications. As a marketing intern/junior specialist, you will assist in developing social media strategies, creating branding and graphical materials, and helping to improve engagement and visibility across our digital channels.
