КВАЛІФІКАЦІЯ:

  • Вища освіта (економіка, фінанси, менеджмент управління персоналом);
  • Досвід роботи за напрямком C&B (заробітна плата та бонусування/нематеріальна винагорода/грейдування/аналітика та звітність) від 3-х років, бажано в IT компанії;
  • Знання трудового права, HR-систем, бізнес-процесів та інструментів;
  • Гарні навички роботи із HR-системами – організація праці, C&B, мотивація, оцінка персоналу, нарахування заробітної плати, управління персоналом;
  • Володіння методами обліку та аналізу показників ефективності праці, оплати праці на просунутому рівні. Навички роботи з масивами даних;
  • Вітається досвід впровадження системи оцінювання та  формування діапазонів зарплат (Korn Ferry, Mercer, EY);
  • Навички розробки HR-документів на високому рівні;
  • Знання програмних продуктів Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point на просунутому рівні;
  • Сильні комунікативні навички, вміння аргументовано відстоювати свою позицію.
