We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Partner who wants to professionally realize themselves in one of the best IT product companies in Ukraine.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (economics, finance, management of personnel);
  • Experience in the field of C&B (salary and bonuses/non-material incentives/grading/analysis and reporting) for at least 3 years, preferably in an IT company;
  • Knowledge of labor law, HR systems, business processes, and tools;
  • Good skills in working with HR systems - organization of work, C&B, motivation, evaluation of personnel, payment of wages, management of personnel;
  • Ability to work with arrays of data;
  • Experience in implementing a system of evaluation and formation of salary ranges (Korn Ferry, Mercer, EY);
  • Skills in developing HR documents at a high level;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a high level;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to argue their position;

GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions - your success is our challenge

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in forming the HR strategy regarding the policy of remuneration, compensation, and benefits, organize its implementation;
  • Plan and annually review the target remuneration policy of the Company based on HR data analysis, prepare proposals;
  • Participate in developing the structure of personnel remuneration, compensation, and benefits programs;
  • Coordinate the implementation of programs and changes regarding compensation and benefits;
  • Support projects of grading in business;
  • Participate in forming organizational structures and staffing of the Company;
  • Conduct local monitoring and analysis of the market of wages and C&B Ukrainian and international practices and trends, form a final report, provide consultations to interested business customers;
  • Participate in preparing a model for the final decision-making regarding the annual/operational budget of expenditure on labor costs, programs, and projects of compensation and benefits of the Company (P&L / Cash flow);
  • Conduct a plan-fact analysis, form a report, propose corrections within the approved budget;
  • Coordinate interaction with external service providers, partners providing corporate discounts.
