About position
We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Team. Your job will focus on searching and hunting the most relevant candidates. Possess an eye for talent, thorough understanding of the recruitment cycle, excellent time management and self-organizational skills.
,[Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process., Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, making and negotiating offers, and coordinating all stages of the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout., Actively search for innovative ways and digital/marketing tools to reach passive candidates, Be attentive to the company’s goals as well as candidates’ expectations, acting as a bridge to ensure the perfect match., Act proactively: while building a talent pool or maintaining long-term relationships with candidates., Facilitate the integration of new employees and contribute to creating an employee-friendly environment., Collaborate closely with the marketing department on employer branding (EB) activities to increase the company's visibility on social media and engage passive candidates., Identify gaps in HR processes and develop effective solutions to address them., Participate in various ad hoc HR projects as needed.] Requirements:-
