Popis pozice- Strategické vedení značek: Převezmeš zodpovědnost za strategii a rozvoj naších značek , včetně nastavování cílů a rozpočtů.
- Tvorba kampaní a standardů: Budeš mít na starosti tvorbu produktových kampaní, např. "Black Week", a určovat jejich standardy.
- Vyjednávání s dodavateli: Úzká spolupráce s klíčovými dodavateli, jako je například.
- Vedení týmu: Budeš řídit tým o velikosti 5-20 lidí, v závislosti na svěřeném segmentu.
- Mezinárodní spolupráce: Komunikace probíhá v angličtině (C1 nutností) a češtině, přímý nadřízený sídlí v Polsku
- Zkušenosti z dynamického prostředí – předchozí zkušenosti z oblasti category/segment managementu.
- Odolnost vůči změnám – každodenní změna priorit ti nesmí dělat problém. Očekáváme od tebe schopnost rychle reagovat a přizpůsobit se novým výzvám.
- Vůdčí osobnost a strategické myšlení – budeš se podílet na tvorbě plánů a strategií pro svěřené značky.
- Praxe v segmentu elektro/kosmetika je vítána, ale otevřeni jsme i jiným odvětvím.
- Smlouva na dobu určitou (1 rok) s možností prodloužení.
