Náplň práce:
  • Hlavní role v compliance – Budete klíčovým partnerem pro vedení a týmy v otázkách firemní integrity a etických standardů 
  • Vzdělávání a prevence – Pomůžete zvyšovat povědomí o compliance tématech a školit management 
  • Dohled nad procesy – Zajistíte, aby firemní pravidla odpovídala aktuálním předpisům a byla efektivně aplikována v praxi 
  • Řešení incidentů – Budete koordinovat interní šetření a mechanismy pro hlášení nesrovnalostí

  • Zkušeného profesionála v oblasti compliance – ideálně z mezinárodního prostředí
  • S angličtinou alespoň na B2 pro běžnou komunikaci 
  • Analyticky a strategicky smýšlejícího člověka 
  • Zkušenost s vedením menšího týmu VÝHODOU
  • Osobu, která vidí compliance jako nástroj pro efektivní a transparentní fungování firmy
