We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
•Customer Support: Resolving customer issues via phone and email
•Partner Support: Partner Onboarding & Full Nesnězeno Partner Support
•Strongly collaborating with the Sales Team
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Support and coordinate team efforts to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
Co od vás očekáváme
Requirements:
•You are native Czech speaker
•You are fully proficient in English (minimum B2)
•You are precise, communicative, proactive and open
•Experience with project management is a plus but NOT a requirement
•You are actively enrolled in university studies, and you are available to work minimum of 20 hours a week
•You are available to work for minimum of 4 hours each weekend
